8. Subscription and Billing
   • Subscription plans and billing cycles are clearly outlined on our website. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms of the subscription and the billing cycle. Any changes to the subscription must be made in accordance with our Pause Policy.
9. Pause Policy
   • Freshlife Bites has a strict deadline for pausing your subscription, which will be conveyed to you. Any pause requests made beyond this time are not guaranteed. No compensation will be given for any meal changes or pauses requested after the specified time. Clients are requested to check the menu, meals, and delivery address a day before the deadline. Any changes or pauses post the specified time will not be compensated, and the meals will be delivered to the address given on the app.
10. Refund Policy
    • If you are not satisfied with our services and wish to terminate your subscription, a flat charge of ₹240 per meal and a customized diet-making fee of ₹2,000 (inclusive of taxes) will be deducted for the number of meals consumed until the refund date. Refunds will be processed and reflected in your bank account within 2-3 business days. No refund is applicable on individual meals ordered.
    • No refunds will be initiated if the kitchen is not operational due to circumstances beyond the management’s control, such as strikes, natural disasters, etc.
11. Delivery Instructions
    • Fixed delivery times for each meal will be conveyed to you. Clients must be available to collect the meals at the specified times. The rider will wait for 15-20 minutes & upon no response from the client, the rider will move ahead, and the meals will be counted and will not be compensated.
12. Guidelines for Contingencies
    • Freshlife Bites will not be responsible for any meal compensation if the meal delivery is delayed on occasional days due to unforeseen events beyond the company’s control, such as heavy rainfall, natural calamities, etc.
13. Use of Standard Meal Plans
    • Freshlife Bites offers a variety of standard meal plans designed to cater to different dietary needs and preferences. These meal plans are pre-designed and cannot be customized. Clients opting for standard meal plans agree to receive meals as per the pre-defined menu without modifications. Any changes or customizations will incur additional charges as outlined in our customization policy.
14. Customization Policy
    • Freshlife Bites offers customized meal plans tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences. Customization options include, but are not limited to, specific ingredient exclusions, portion adjustments, and specialized dietary requirements. Customization is only available for clients subscribing to a minimum of three meals per day. Clients opting for customized meal plans can discuss their specific needs with our certified nutritional experts to create a meal plan that meets their dietary preferences.
15. Medical Conditions
    • Freshlife Bites is committed to providing healthy and nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs. However, it is important to note the following:
      • Consultation with Healthcare Providers: Clients should consult with their healthcare providers before starting any new diet or meal plan provided by Freshlife Bites, especially if they have any existing medical conditions or concerns.
      • Disclosure of Medical History: Clients are required to disclose their complete medical history, including any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions, during the subscription process. This information is essential for our certified nutritional experts to design a meal plan that meets the client’s health requirements.
      • No Medical Advice: Freshlife Bites does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The meal plans and dietary recommendations provided are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Clients should always seek the advice of their physician or other qualified health providers with any questions regarding a medical condition.
      • Responsibility for Health Outcomes: Freshlife Bites is not responsible for any adverse health outcomes or medical conditions that may arise during the tenure of meal delivery. Clients are responsible for monitoring their health and should discontinue the meal plan and seek medical advice if they experience any negative health effects.
      • Allergies and Intolerances: While Freshlife Bites takes care to avoid cross-contamination and to adhere to dietary restrictions provided by clients, we cannot guarantee that meals will be completely free of allergens. Clients with severe allergies or intolerances should exercise caution and may need to take additional precautions.
16. Code of Conduct Policy
    • Freshlife Bites respects all its clients and employees working in the organization, so the company holds the right to terminate any ongoing subscription if the client misbehaves with any of its employees. The refund will be processed on a pro-rata basis for the same.
17. Communication
    • By using our services, you agree to receive communications from Freshlife Bites electronically. You consent to receive communications from us by email or by posting notices on our website.
18. User Responsibilities
    • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to their computer. Users agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account or password.

    • Freshlife Bites welcomes feedback and reviews from clients. However, any content that is deemed defamatory, obscene, or in violation of any laws will be removed. Freshlife Bites reserves the right to use feedback and reviews for marketing purposes.
